In earlier posts, I provided some textual examples of Ticket Analytics and Services Excellence Assessments. In this post, I will provide some visualizations to support the Ticket Analytics initiative.
As you may have guessed, and rightly so, I am not a design person, I am more of a meat and potatoes person. I focus on the content and substance. I will leave the high-level fluff graphics to the well-established contributors here on my LI feed.
My point is this. If you want to learn, explore, improve, etc. Go to someone who has been there, done it and has the bruises to show for it.
If you want high-level, tell a beautiful data story, display a pretty picture with nice colours, with no substance on how to apply any of that to real-world problems - then continue on.
