The first discipline is Organization and Management Systems.

Organization and management, and governance systems are critical in order for the business to achieve success.The operational, first-line, up line, and governance systems are essential to ensure the company runs smoothly, improvements Are made, and results are being delivered.

The second discipline is Processes and Procedures.

The third discipline is Technology and Tools.
